ChemPAL, or Chemistry Peer Advisory League, is an organization where graduate students directly connect with undergraduates through mentorship. Graduate students have the opportunity to guide undergrads studying chemistry and offer insights regarding research, grad school applications, internships, and serve as an experienced chemistry resource. Additionally, ChemPALs hosts several skill-based workshops and networking events throughout the year to further expand and strengthen graduate-undergraduate connections at UCSD.

GLOW's goal is to advance areas of women’s health research that are understudied relative to their impact on quality of life, health outcomes, and participation in the California workforce.
